CHART-DEL

CHART-DEL står for “Chart-based Delirium Identification Instrument” og er et værktøj der bruges til at identificere delir ved journalgennemgang. Denne er valideret og har en sensitivitet på 74% og specificitet på 83% [1,6]. Der findes også en udgave til pt. indlagt på intensiv [4].
